Marko Petković

Bojana Veselinović

Iva Živković

Iva Živković

Iva Živković is a lawyer holding an LL.M from the University of Belgrade, currently residing in Berlin. She has practised real estate law the Real Estate Cadastre in Belgrade (2010-2012) as well as commercial, corporate and employment law in AKT Todorovic & Partners (2012-2013).

For the last four years she has been in London, where she has been involved in sustainable communal development, organic agriculture and responsible business practices in several entities. Most notably, she has been associated with the north London-based Organiclea Cooperative, and also holds several City & Guilds certificates in the above mentioned areas. Her areas of interest are fair trade practices, sustainable development and the role of soft law in promoting business behaviour.

Velimir Živković

Velimir Živković

Velimir Živković is a postdoctoral fellow within the Research Group “The international rule of law – Rise or Decline?“ at Humboldt University Berlin. He holds his PhD in Law from the London School of Economics, with his thesis on ''International Investment Protection and the National Rule of Law: A Proposal for a New Normative Framework’’. He graduated cum laude from undergraduate (2008) and LL.M studies (2009) at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, before completing Magister Juris studies at the University of Oxford (University College) in 2011, with Distinction and Best Overall MJur Performance ProximeAccessit prize.

From 2012 he has been an Associate Researcher at the Institute of Comparative Law in Belgrade, where he is still a foreign-affiliated researcher. Other activities include consultancy positions for World Bank and Swiss government projects on improving the rule of law in South-East Europe, and law practice with AKT Todorovic & Partners from 2011 to 2012.
